If you’ve chosen one of our Oso Pediatrics doctors as your pediatrician and are giving birth at Saddleback or Mission Hospital, please let the delivery nurse know and the hospital will notify our office, and one of our rounding physicians will visit you during your stay. For all other hospitals, please ask for your discharge paperwork including the baby’s weight, length, head circumference, APGAR and screenings and bring with you to your first appointment at Oso Pediatrics.
Don’t forget to complete your new patient forms sent to you via text before your appointment. Please also bring your insurance card and any other pertinent hospital paperwork.
